Your Nevada Privacy Rights

Under NRS 603A.340, Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales, including personal information such as your first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, SSN, an identifier that allows you to be contacted either physically or online, or any other information about you that, in combination with an identifier, makes the information personally identifiable. Nevada residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out right may submit a request by using the information provided in the Contact Us section below. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

California “Shine the Light”

In addition to the rights described above, California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us as set out in the Contact Us section, Attn: California Shine the Light Inquiry. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days (or the applicable timeframe provided by law) of its receipt.
